Ava Bird is inspired by Mother Earth and the infinite feminine creative shakti energies given freely on this beautiful planet.   With that said, she believes in letting all animals and mothers live freely, completely and happily:  Free from human arrogance, force and abuse, exploitation, murder (meat), and rape (milk, cheese, eggs).     As a long time vegan, yogi, health coach and consciousness activist she has become acutely aware of the delicious bountiful plentitude of renewable food resources offered from a plant based diet and the nutritional value and amazing benefits inherent in a vegan life.    She sees species-ism as a dangerous and unnecessary component of a man made false belief system that prioritizes human narcissism, hedonism and arrogance over the lives, livelihood and peace of all animals.   May all beings be happy and free!

She lives in Los Angeles, California.
